Letter to the Members:
Hello, my name is Hudson Andrews, and I am honored to be serving as the 2025 2026 Central Area Vice President. I was born and raised in the small town of Purcell, Oklahoma, and it is a place I proudly continue to call home. I recently graduated from Purcell High School, where I was actively involved in a variety of organizations and extracurricular activities that helped shape the person I am today.

During high school, I was a member of Student Council, Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA), National Honor Society (NHS), National Technical Honor Society (NTHS), and of course, FFA. Alongside my involvement in those groups, I also competed in athletics such as football, golf, and track. Some of my favorite memories from high school came from the simple times spent with friends, whether we were hanging out after school, traveling for competitions, or just enjoying each other’s company.

My FFA journey began in the eighth grade when a friend encouraged me to try showing swine. What started as a fun challenge quickly grew into a lifelong passion. My Supervised Agricultural Experience focused on swine production, and through it, I discovered a deep appreciation for animal care, responsibility, and hard work. As the years passed, my interest expanded from just raising animals to a broader love for agriculture and everything it represents.

FFA quickly became more than just an organization. It became a vital part of my life. Through Leadership Development Events and Career Development Events, I discovered a platform where I could grow as a leader, speaker, and teammate. Those experiences fueled my drive to serve and give back to an organization that has given me so much.

My family has played a major role in shaping my values and work ethic. They have taught me the importance of faith, responsibility, and dedication. Their influence has guided me every step of the way. Proverbs 16:9 says, "A person’s heart plans his way, but the Lord determines his steps."

In the fall I will be attending Oklahoma State University to pursue a degree in Biosystems and Agricultural Engineering. I am excited for the journey ahead and am deeply grateful for the opportunity to serve FFA members across the state.
